I want to hire an interior architect
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I am seeking to hire an interior architect to help me with a residential space. I already have a specific style in mind, and am looking for someone who can help me turn my vision into reality. I have a budget of $1000-$2000+ for the project. The successful applicant will need to be fully licensed and have experience in designing and executing interior projects. They should be comfortable working to deadlines, working collaboratively, and coming up with creative solutions to complex design problems. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail is essential. I am looking for someone who shares my passion for design and is willing to put the time and effort required to make this project a success.
We have recently purchased a new apartment that we are looking to renovate more or less totally. We are looking to move the kitchen to one of the main rooms looking out towards the street (labelled "matsal" in the overview), build a library with a custom built bookshelf in the inner hallway and convert the existing bathroom to an en-suite, add a second bathroom with a shower and toilet and a separate washroom with space for washer, dryer etc.. We have a fairly good picture of the style that we are looking for, see the hotel "Ett Hem" (https://www.etthem.se/house/) for the type of style that we are looking for.
In terms of assistance, we would like to initially get a high-level architectural drawing with mock-up furniture to illustrate what the new floorplan/layout could look like. As we progress the project once we have locked in the design, we would like to get more detailed construction drawings in place that can be used by our builders to renovate the apartment work and drawings that can be used by a local wood workshop to construct bookshelves, wardrobes and some interior elements.
