structural engineer for house remodel

I am looking to hire a structural engineer with experience in remodeling houses to help with a remodel / addition of a small residence. Project is a new 2-story addition to existing 1-story house w/ cellar is approximately 800sft. I need drawings and calcs for raised foundation, exterior walls and roof framing. Architectural drawings are in progress and can provide. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in structural engineering and experience working on residential projects and NY building dept requirements. NY license req'd. Experience with seismic evaluations and wind load calculations and flood zone experience will be an added bonus. Looking to get engineer involved ASAP. Please let me know if you have any questions.
