structural drawings + 3d model + architectural precast drawings

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project that includes creating structural drawings, a 3D model, and architectural precast drawings. The structural drawings need to include product concept drawings. I have specific design preferences for the project, so the freelancer should be able to adhere to these.
