UK 2 storey house drafting and construction drawings

As a client, I am looking for an experienced draftsperson to generate the necessary construction and drafting documents for a two-storey house in the United Kingdom. The house will be up to 90 square metres in size, and I do have existing plans for the project that need to be incorporated into the new documents. The project will require drafting for both structural and architectural designs, as well as mechanical designs.
