stamped framing plans for shed

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide stamped framing plans for a large shed (over 200 square feet). I already have detailed plans in mind for the design, and I prefer the shed to be made of wood.

I need the building to be rated to 140mph and a 120 lbs/sqft snow load.
No headers over the doors
The building needs to be designed to sit on CMU piers located on the 4x4 runners on the ground.
