1200 square foot post frame barndominium including plumbing and electrical
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking to build a 1200 square foot barndominium and require plumbing and electrical installation. I would like to have a combination of an open concept and separate rooms with standard plumbing fixtures. For the electrical system, I would prefer the standard option. Time frame is desired as soon as possible.
It appears you are very astute at drafting and my hope is that you find my request simple and an easy quick turn around to benefit both of our schedules. My 10 year old son, and I hope to live in our home together as soon as possible. And I am extra excited to build this with my Dad"s help.
This would be post frame, with 6x6 columns, that are included with a wet set bracket and sono tub footings. The only edit to this drawing is that I want the front door on the opposite side, likely where the hallway is currently. or whatever your magic requires. I would need a 30x40 garage attached on the east side of the bardominium with 16' eaves for indoor basketball.
