1000sqm AutoCAD Conversion to Revit

I already have the full architectural model of my 1,000 sqm residence in Revit; however, every other discipline was drafted in AutoCAD. I now need the structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC designs converted (or rebuilt) so everything lives in one coordinated BIM environment.

What I can supply right away is the Revit architectural file plus the structural DWGs. For the MEP side I will supply next week.

Scope of work
• Bring the structural DWGs into Revit, turning lines and blocks into native beams, columns, slabs and rebar that respect the existing levels and grids.
• Recreate the full electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in Revit from the sheets provided, assigning proper families, connectors and system types.
• Coordinate all disciplines with the architectural model and resolve obvious clashes.
• Deliver a clean, well-organised Revit file (linked or combined) ready for LOD-300 documentation and clash detection.

Please let me know which Revit version you prefer, how you approach missing CAD inputs, and a realistic timeframe for a 1,000 sqm house. The goal is a fully integrated BIM model I can hand straight to my contractor.
