solar structural permit

I'm looking to hire a Professional Structural Engineer to help with a project requiring a solar structural permit in Texas. The permit is for a commercial solar installation that needs to be compliant with local regulations and codes. In order to receive the permit, there must be a PE stamp. I have all the required technical documents (such as site plans, equipment specifications, etc.) available and ready to go. The successful applicant will have experience with obtaining solar structural permits and be able to advise and make recommendations based on the nature of the permit.
