As an experienced residential homeowner, I am looking to develop a small building draft that accurately reflects my vision and ideas. I want the design to convey a sense of modern and contemporary style while meeting the engineering and structural safety standards.
The project is a part of a shed that will be built into a house. The shed is 16m long by 10.5m wide. One bay of the 4 that makes the shed will be the house part. 4m x 10.5m. plus one other room in the second bay of the shed.
I have a clear vision of how I would like the building to look and have specific design elements in mind. I am hoping to find an experienced architect who can work with me to bring together all the details and create the precise draft I am looking for.
