scaffolding design engineer needed for 3 story victorian terrace (rear) scaffolding design

I'm the owner of a ground-floor flat in London and I am building a wrap-around ground-floor extension in my garden.
I'm looking for a simple design based on the proposed completed structure to show my freeholder that scaffolding can still be erected to access any maintenance at the rear of the building. I can supply cad drawings but have attached PDF's of before/ after for now.
