revit family creation

I'm looking to have a Revit family created for plumbing fixtures. I already have drawings that can be used as a starting point, and the complexity of the family would be categorized as basic. I'd like to have a professional take a look at the drawings and turn them into a Revit family. I have attached a specs sheet 11295-001-001. You will get that type of specs sheet and you have to convert them into Revit family, cad file, and pdf as attached here for the example.

If the client provides good work, I am gonna have multiple such pdfs.
