residential building drawings

I am building a 2000 square foot exterior covered patio and a new oversize garage. i require the following for permit application/approval:
1. site plan
2. mechanical and electrical drawings
3. complete set of plans: EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS, DETAILED FLOOR PLAN, BUILDING SECTION & DETAILS, INTERIOR ELEVATIONS, DETAIL & NOTES
