I have a simple (approx 1k sqf foot ranch with attached garage) house plan drawn in Excel. I have pretty good detail but want it drawn out by a licensed architect for construction bidding, bank financing, and city submittal/ approval. Basic rectangle 24' X 72' (including garage). Nine foot ceilings, and a 12 pitch gable roof.
