redraw house plans

I am looking for someone to redraw my house plans. The current format is a digital file, such as PDF or DWG. However, I do require some minor changes to be made, and the desired output is a digital file. The skillset I need is someone with knowledge of architectural details and design terminology, as well as strong technical understanding of AutoCAD. I need this work done quickly and to a high standard, so if this sounds like a project you can help with please let me know.
