quonset hut foundation blueprint, Arizona PE stamped

I erected a Steelmaster (SM) simple Quonset hut, on a pending as-built Maricopa County permit. SM provided blueprints (foundation and building) that are IBC2015-compliant. Maricopa County requires IBC2012 compliance. SM provided new IBC2015-compliant prints for only the building. SM refused to provide the same for the foundation, saying they wouldn't because it is already built. SM also provided a 2012-compliant book of calculations. To complete my permit, I need AZ PE-stamped foundation blueprints, or a letter (also stamped) that states the 2015 foundation blueprints I possess are 2012 compliant.
