20x30 project

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to design a 20x30 project in a minimalist style. I don't need this project finished immediately, but I do need it completed within a general timeline. This project will require complete structural drawings and elevation from A to Z. No additional services such as photographs or illustrations are needed. The freelancer I hire will need to be experienced in minimalist design, as well as have experience creating structural drawings and elevation.
