point cloud to autocad - Building permit as built

Hello, looking for a draft man to convert a point cloud to autocad (2021).
To be draft: Structural element, wood timber, massonery, windows, floor, roof, door, stairs+rail, metal beam/reinforcement, gate, neigbourh building (to be extrapole from google street). No need to draft the furniture.
Deliverable in meters: 3 Floors plan composed of bassement 170M², first floor 120m², second floor 80m², one roof plan, 2 section, 4 elevations, 2 isometric view.
The drawing will have to be well organized by layer, color, thickness, hatch... and the quality of the drawing must match the sample provided.
The point cloud is 20Gb (E57), pictures will be provided as well as google street adress.
