. Your first task is to redraw the key plan and section in CAD so they are clean, fully dimensioned, and ready for further assessment. From there, I need a complete evaluation of how the building performs thermally and overall in terms of sustainability. Use whichever simulation tools you consider most reliable—EnergyPlus, IES-VE, DesignBuilder, or similar are all acceptable—as long as the findings are clearly documented and traceable back to the model assumptions.

Once the whole-building study is in hand, we will zoom in on a single representative space. I’m looking for a rigorous daylight analysis (Radiance, Dialux, or equivalent) alongside an acoustic review that considers reverberation time, background noise levels, and any potential sound-transfer issues through partitions or façades.

Please bring everything together in a concise synthesis that explains how these environmental systems support—or hinder—the architectural intent and occupant comfort. I’ll need both the raw outputs and a short narrative tying it all together.
