I need a structural engineer

I hired a contractor to repair my dock damaged in the 2022 hurricane season. The repairs have been completed to my satisfaction. The city of Ormond Beach feels the work should have had a permit before repairs were made. They will be satisfied with an 'engineering signoff.' I have the engineering plans for work previously done in 2017. I need an engineer to update the engineering and signoff on the work already done.

The project replaced and raised the existing 12' X 20' decking apprximately 2'.
