I need a structural engineer

I am after drawing and engineering ready for council for the Freestanding Pergola below

I have attached some sketches and a couple of layouts I managed to get through blocklayer,
I have also attached the soil test and site drawings from when I built the home 2 years ago.

The sizes I have nominated for the beams, rafters, posts and roof battens are what we would like to use however if any are undersized will have to be what is required.

Freestanding Patio - N3 wind rating
-Posts to be Cast in concrete piers with 100m thick exposed Ag Concrete slab.
-All steel is to be Galvanized RHS and SHS
-Corrugated Zinc roof at 20 Degree Pitch
-SHS roof Battens 40x40x2mm
-Ceiling Height 2400mm (to top of beam)
-Gutter to installed to end of rafter (No Facia to be installed)
-Ceilings and soffits not to be lined (ideally require no ceiling joists)
-ideally no collar ties unless required
-All connection/fixings to be welded onsite
