I need a residential architect to finalize and stamp plans for rural PA build

We are building a 30x24ft home and working as our own contractors. We have fairly detailed (yet simple layout) plans sketched out but need to make these plans official. We are in a very rural area with few building codes or requirements and have driveway, electric, well installed and are currently working on septic.
