Our patio is attached at the rear side of our walkout basement home with rebar and supports three posts supporting our sundeck.
The patio has sunk on its outer side where the 3 posts of the sundeck rest and has moved away from the wall of the house, while also pulling the wall of our home from its original location. The posts are not vertical.
There are cracks on both sides of the concrete foundation about 1/3 up from the rear of the house.
There are recent creaking sounds from the floor of the house and there are some cracks in the walls.
We need help.
