I need a drafting service

I am a builder who needs to have working drawings done for a floor plan I have. This will be a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick veneer on a waffle pod slab. May need to be tweaked to fit the land. Drawings need to be ready to submit to Building Surveyor for permits. Knowledge of Victorian building regulations required. Set of drawings to include site plan, floor plan, electrical plan, slab design (supplied from engineer), elevations, sections, cabinet details & etc.
