I need design plans to add a covered patio to an existing home.

Im looking to add a covered patio to our existing home. Attached are the house plans (sorry, I only have PDFs). I also attached a few rendering off what it is we are trying to do and some images as it sits today…

Location is Brown County Wisconsin and needs to conform to local building code requirements.

I need someone to to design this addition and return the construction plans including the truss details needed, and loading details to modify the existing structure (if needed).

Inside trusses to be scissor trusses, end truss to be closed as shown

Exiting roof pitch 7 1/2:12, Covered patio pitch 7 1/2:12. Inside pitch 4:12.

Roofing material is architectural shingles

Overall dimension are 24’ wide (facia to facia) x 16’ deep existing facia to new facia.

Note that there is an existing concrete patio that is 20’ wide x 15’ deep that will remain. The centerline of the patio is 22’ from the south corner of the house.

Columns to be treated timbers with cedar wraps (design to only use (2) columns) mounted on sono tubes.

Only (1) column per side is allowed as shown.

Header to be LVLs.

Vinyl siding to be used to cover the end truss (color to match house, cypress)

Internal finish to be a simple which soffit on ceiling and other surfaces as needed.
