I need a design for an office building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an office area designed.
The over all building size is 90x50x10.
The main entrance will have a covered entrance mostly for looks.
It needs to have 3 offices, a good size parts room, breakroom with small kitchen, lobby, single restroom with shower, 2 stall garage with apx 34x36 size.
There also needs to be a utility room, and a server room.
The garage needs to be on north east corner, with doors on east side.
Lobby entrance needs to be on east side.
There needs to be 2 storage rooms on the south end of the building that are only accessible from the south. 16x16 and 16x20. those sizes can change.
Concrete outside in front of lobby and garage doors.
I will need 2D drawings for builders.
I will need Plumbing and Electrical Plans
I will need 3D pictures of outside building for permits.
