I need a construction cost estimator for material take-off (MTO)

Hi, I'm looking for a construction estimator to provide a detailed material take-off (MTO) cost (aka Bill of Materials - BOM) for our residential home remodel / addition project - 2500SQ FT house.
I will provide a full blueprint in PDF which includes the architectural plan (i.e. floor plan, exterior elevations) and structural drawings provided by the engineer (i.e. foundation plan, framing/shear wall plan, roof plan, etc).
The project is in California, USA. We expect the estimator has experience with the local market in order to provide a practical / accurate MTO.
