I need changes made to a current house plan I have

I have a floor plan for a house project and I need some changes made to it. I would like an extra "breakout" room added to the floor plan. The plan needs to be in line with the NDIS specialist disability accommodation design standards. I will attached the plans and the standards. We are building a "Robust" house so the design and specs need to be inline with those requirements.
