I need a ‘cartoony head’ designed that will have room for a 0.96inch Arduino screen to fit as the face.

I need a ‘cartoony head’ designed that will have room for a 0.96inch Arduino screen to fit as the face.
The screen will display different emotions randomly.
I am open to ideas but think there needs to be a slot underneath for me to slide the small screen inside with a ‘door’ or plug that can fill the hole nicely to close it up.
Something similar to this.
In this design there is nowhere to put the Arduino nano board so if the design could somehow incorporate that, that would be perfect. I can provide dimensions of the nano board and screen.
