room addition for single family home in florida outside measurements are 15 by 20 feet
currently a sun room that i want convert into full time living space. I want to start from scratch , raise the floor to rest of home . cut into existing roof and make a flat roof
want to build with steel studs , plywood, cement board and stucco
roof should be 2 by 10 construction with plywood and a rolled roof.
i have a 10 foot by 6 foot slider and then want 2 standard windows single pane impact for each side.
