I need an assessment from a structural engineer

I would like to add a third bedroom to my two bedroom apartment by closing off a section of the living area and moving some internal walls and a door. I need the expertise of a structural engineer to tell me if this is possible and what might need to be considered when planning this renovation, and to write a report to support my planning application should it be possible.
