I need an architect or structural engineer to provide specifications for a PWF foundation based on the current 2021 AWC PWF publication.

My home is 48'×32'. I would like 9' tall basement walls constructed of PT wood, backfill height of 8' on the front, rear and right side of basement. The left side is open for a garage entrance. Single story main level, 2x12 joists, 2x4 walls and clear span roof trusses laid out front to back spanning 32' plus overhangs, with metal roof.
