I need a architect to look at my floorplans and approve and stamp them for financing purposes.

I'm in the process of buying 12 acres in Goldsboro, NC. I plan on building single family and duplex homes. In order for my loan to go thru I need a Architects stamp on plans/letter so the Lender will know my plans are legitimate. I'll attach the plans and letter that needs to be signed and stamped. I think all that needs to be stamped is the letter, not the plans.
