I need an architect for 6 or more residential designs

I am an interior designer and have designed several floor plans for a new neighborhood. I need these simple floor plans to be properly created in CAD. We are on a budget and will have 6 floor plans as of now, but could need up to 10 plans. I don't have all the designs ready yet, but need an architect to commit and provide pricing. We are working with some odd city code including moving the garage 20 feet back from the front and a very narrow lot. All the homes are 2 story and range from 1750 sq ft up to 2500.
