I need an architect - Workshop/Garage plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I'm looking for an architect to supply construction and permit drawings for a workshop that I would like to build. I've sketched the shop I am looking for (attached) but some key points include the following
Slab Floor with in floor heating
30' x 40' structure
Fully open floor space (ie: 30' rafters)
partial second floor (for storage)
6' -7' ceiling height on second floor (lower for sloped areas) as per code
Three garage doors (2@ 9'x7' and 1 in the center at 9'x10' high)
2 man doors on sides
12' ceilings (or 11' if code does not permit) in the main shop
Sink with drain (cold water supply and sewer drain) in one corner
Metal Roof (8:12 pitch for main and dormer) and 4:12 for back shed roof
