I need an architect

Looking at a small retail space (2043 sq ft), and I need someone to create plans for the work I want done to submit for permitting. This space is in Covington Washington, which operates outside king county for permitting and is fairly strict in processes. Looking for someone to draft the design, who is also familiar with ADA and other obstacles that can come up in the permitting process.
