We are putting a addition on our house we would like a tri level with our bedroom being the downstairs with a half bath as well. Upstairs will be a office and family room. We would like electric heat in this addition the measurements are 26’x20’. We would like 4 foot wall of concrete with a 4 foot wall of 2x6 wall on top of that. 2 windows in the bedroom. A patio door and 3 windows upstairs
