I need an architect

Hi there we are currently in a 2 bedroom upper cottage flat and want to make the property as spacious as possible.this would Include,1. a loft conversion with Dormers on 2 sides of the roof ,one of which we would like a opening onto an already existing flat part of the roof making this a place we can sit and have coffee in the morning as it is east facing.2.our kitchen made larger by knocking through into a large cupboard making this space part of the existing kitchen.3.opening up a large space already existing making this an office space.4.installing a staircase at the rear of our building allowing us to change a window to loover doors making this a back exit from our upper cottage flat to outback garden.
