I need an architect

I need 2 sets of residential construction plans for permit approval. To include. Floor plan, foundation plan, roof/floor framing plan, cross sections, elevations, mechanical/schematitics.
2 units are identical and 3rd is very similar. Photos and drawings with dimensions provided. see examples.
