I need Residential CAD drawings for building permits
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need Residential CAD drawings for building permits to alter an existing approved plan to new layout. The major changes are the floor plans for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I need all required drawings and attachments to get a revised building permit.
Below are the existing plans and a copy of the plans we need. I can provide a PDF or DWF drawing with correct measurements.
I will need estimates for all work to complete drawings to PERMIT Issuance and a timeline to complete. Assume at least two iterations of changes with the building department. The requirements from the building authority are attached and highlighted under the section” WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT”
