I need a City Master Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello, I do not own land or have any permits. In fact the location is in Israel and the exact location is flexible. I am the Overseer of the Empire of David. We are planning a master city plan for Foreigners to live in Israel. The person that is chosen for this project will get the rights to one of the lots in the plan.
We will be selling the rest of the city and your plot will be theoretically worth money even before it is ever build as people will buy and sell this because they believe in our vision of a world empire.
I am looking for someone who has faith and passion for this project and not just looking to be compensated up front, but also accepting their benefit in the lot plan ownership.
The Task: Make a city in the plot that I provide with a rough plan that I provide. Make plot numbers and zones as normal city plan. All information should be corresponded on google sheet or excel file.
What you will get? A nominal cash fee to start. Citizenship in the Empire , a plot inside the project you create. tokens that you will be able to theoretically use to sell your property. I am looking for someone who wants to be with me for the long run and be part of this as a business and keep adding value and keep getting property/tokens. I already have citizens from all over the world and soon millions are coming in.
