I need an Autodesk Revit expert developer (programmer)

I need to develop a plugin (tool) in Revit to help architects check their design to see if it is in accordance with a specific building code including colours, materials, shapes, family etc. Also, develop some specific family for doors, windows, screens for the facade etc.

The candidate programmer needs to be familiar with Autodesk Revit and its Autodesk SDK, VBA, .NET, C#
