I need an Architect

Hi,
My name is John Farrugia I am planning on opening a Pizza takeaway, I am in the final stages of leasing a Unit which is 790 square feet.
I have emailed you in the hope that you can tell me whether I need to utilise your services. I have attached a technical drawing for the unit I plan on opening, based on that can you tell me if I need to employ the services of an architect and a consultant to produce M&E drawings to get the unit setup. If I do can you help ? do you also deal with planning control and would you be able to come up with a bill of quantities so I can forward on to prospective builders. Will you be able to source an approved building inspector who will check the progress of the project and ensure that all specifications/regulations are being met.
The Unit is brand new which is currently an empty shell, it has three phase electrics, and the connecting pipes for water and drainage are there ready to be hooked up. The unit already has Sui generis use as well. Please find attached said drawings for your review.
