I need Architect
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a 3 bed 1 bathroom house with a large (about 600 sf) patio with roof
The house is only 960 SF and I would like to add about 500 SF to redo
the 2 rear bedrooms to make 3 rear bedrooms with 2nd bathroom
I would keep front bedroom as it is to be used as a den
I would prefer a local architect as it would be easier to measure and make floor plan etc
but I'm open
