Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to design a 3 bedroom 2 bath home to use as an AirBnB for a narrow lot that I own. Maximum width of the house is 16 feet. I am open to a two story design if it is economical. I would like a modern farmhouse design, open floor plan with 10' ceilings throughout.
