I need ADU plans

I'm finishing the interior of an ADU my dad framed 20 years ago above the garage. I put together plans for an 850 sq ft ADU for the building department myself. I received back 11 pages of findings that need to be addressed. I seeking help to create the plans with the findings incorporated. I've attached the plans and the findings.
