mep plans Mechanical drawings

I am looking for someone to help me with MEP plans (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) that need to be modified based on existing plans. The building has 1-3 floors. The end goal is for the plans to be accurate and complete so they can be approved by the appropriate authorities. The quality of the plans is extremely important, so a close attention to detail is essential. The timeline we are working on is over the course of the next few weeks.
