I'm looking for someone to create rebar shop drawings for the piers on this drawing

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I need the 2 piers designed and a detail standard for the raised pads and housekeeping pad. To be fabricated on site. Pad sizes have changed again and wont have new sizes before we start.
2 Notes:
Large pier stirrups to be designed in 2 pieces
Raised pads no longer need hook detail
