isolation room design - negative pressure - SADUI ARABIA

to convert an operation room (positive pressure) to a negative pressure room

I have a project in a HOSPITAL in SAUDI ARABIA, and I have to convert the existing operating theater room to a negative pressure room, to use it for COVID-19 patients

the existing room has an HVAC system, and we have to modificate it to match with new requirement (negative pressure) by adding the required exhaust fan.

also, we have to build a small room at the entrance of the room as an anteroom

I need the following:
1- complete design for HVAC and Ventilation. (details for conversion)
2- required work to do to match high international specifications for negative pressure rooms
3- complete the architectural design for the anteroom as per international specifications
4- any required accessories for the negative pressure room (HEPA filter, material in out procedure, safe waste evacuation)
5- air change per hour ??? - what is the standard
