house project in Kodiak

I am looking to get engineered plans for a house in Kodiak completed as soon as possible. The work that needs to be done is getting engineered plans that fit the Wood frame construction manual to the specs of Kodiak, AK, and I need recommendations for the materials and finishes used. I would like the engineered plans to be completed within a short timeline; ideally, immediately. There is a decent chance I will not use these plans as final plans, but require city-approved plans in order to hook up my current unit to electric, etc, so am open to somebody who can offer me less customized plans for approval for a lower price.
