house plan

I have attached a rough plan that we need drawn up for a house approx 320m2. I am looking for a plan that includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a complete design blueprint. The plan should include any necessary drawings, such as electrical, plumbing, framing, and environmental factors. The plan should also include a detailed budget and estimate of costs. I am looking for a detailed and comprehensive plan that meets my needs and is designed to be easily followed.
Ceiling height is to be 2700mm. Windows may need to be adjusted
